Before the field visit

What to have ready

• Share the building location, number of floors and approximate floor area.
• Provide existing plans and identify the spaces and features to be measured.
• Confirm whether floor plans, elevations, sections or a drawing comparison are needed.
• Arrange access to the agreed rooms and coordinate the visit with occupants or site staff.
